The participation fee includes the presentation of up to two (2) papers (maximum one oral presentation), access to all conference sessions (onsite or online), conference proceedings, social events, and all applicable taxes. The Awards Event is included for Full Participation only. Registration of CET published papers is subject to an additional fee of 350€.

Each presenter registration can have maximum two papers for presentation. Each of these papers can be selected with a publication status for

  • - Chemical Engineering Transactions (CET) by AIDIC. These papers are full journal publications.
  • - PRES’26 Proceedings. The papers in the Proceedings book are closed, made available only to the conference participants by download.

The main conference fee covers one paper in CET. Should the registered author require the second paper to be also in CET, an additional editorial fee is charged according to the table above (275 EUR).

Each full registration fee (Early, Late) covers the conference materials (bag, notepad, program) attendance of all conference lecture halls and exhibition areas, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and gala – awards dinner.

Each student registration fee (Early, Late) covers the conference materials (bag, notepad, program) attendance of all conference lecture halls and exhibition areas, lunches, coffee breaks, and welcome reception.

The Accompanying person fee covers exhibition areas, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and gala – awards dinner (gala dinner is not included for student fee registration).

At least one of the authors of each paper (the presenter) must register for participation until 31/8/2026, to be included in the main programme and for oral presentation if approved by the International Scientific Committee. After that date, registrations will still be accepted, but the related papers will be scheduled only in the poster sessions.

Cancellation and refunds

The registration fee will be refunded (subject to a deduction of 25% to cover the handling costs) if participation in the Conference is cancelled in writing until 30/09/2026. No refund will be granted after this date.

Student rate registration fee includes: Participation in all conference activities between 11 - 14 October 2026, access to all virtual pre-recorded presentations, publication of one paper in the CET volume or the PRES’26 proceedings, coffee and lunch breaks.
On-line participation fee includes: Access to all virtual pre-recorded presentations in the PRES’26 Conference.
